Dance Movement Therapy

Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) also known as Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP) bases itself on the principle that the body and mind are connected and uses body movements to bring emotional, physical, and social harmony.

Dance Movement Therapy is the psychotherapeutic use of movement that allows the client and counsellor to interact, learn, heal, and process, etc. without relying solely on words. It works by using elements of breath, movement, posture, personal movement style, non-verbal body expressions, and muscle tension to cope with stress and other disorders.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

NLP or Neuro-Linguistic Programming is an approach to communications and psychotherapy. Scientific study says that 93 % of our communication is non-verbal and 7% is verbal. The complex interplay between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) affects our body and behaviour (programming) in more ways than one. We unconsciously develop certain psychological patterns that tend to limit our actions. NLP helps in identifying and analyzing the core issue that a person has or is going through.
